But Spring had decided to.. spring forward and it was Summer like weather waiting for us. It was even too hot on the first day. Yes, too hot: over 80 degrees and no wind at the coast; you don't even have that kind of weather during Summer.
We met my friend Juliette, her mom and their dog and had fun together.

Since the road to Indian Beach was closed, we had the beach to ourselves.

The last day, the fog moved in and it was back to typical coast weather.
Back at home, we had a few more nice days and since Papa had already refinished the deck for the season and set up the furniture, we had our first lunches outside. Pretty cool!
We are back at school now for the last stretch before the Summer break.
This period, I have been playing the recorder... I have got my white, yellow, orange and green belt so far and i am working on my purple belt. Here is some sample of my training. Note the gum I am chewing while practicing...nice.
